Susan has been a user experience consultant for more than a decade, both independently and within design agencies such as Macadamian and Hot Studio. She is currently a Lead Interaction Designer for Digital Solutions within Aviation at General Electric, working closely with teams of engineers to build creative solutions to complex problems surrounding air transport. Passionate about design and creativity, she is the co-founder of the Service Design Network San Francisco and a founding director of the San Francisco Film Museum.
