Lauren has over 10 years of design and research experience from the consulting, defense, and video game industries, where she has made products for everyone from nine-year-old girls to seasoned military strategists. Her past clients have included University of Pittsburgh, Fujitsu-Ten, McAfee, DARPA, the US Army, Electronic Arts, and Disney Interactive. Aptly, Lauren’s passion is creating fun and innovative solutions to complex problems. She is dedicated to building products that empower people to enjoy their work and to meet their life goals. When she’s not practicing design or talking about it, you can find Lauren rocking out at the nearest karaoke bar, reading old & new-school sci-fi, making steampunk costumes with her hilarious husband Evan (@epicpgh), or taking pictures of their obese cat Pippa Jean.
