Mike Prasse is the founder and manager of the OCLC Usability Lab. He has presented at conferences and written articles on usability testing. Most recently, he has helped create and implement a methodology to quickly evaluate OCLC products on their level of accessibility for impaired users. Prior to joining OCLC in 1989 with a post-doctoral fellowship in OCLC Research, he was a consultant to AT&T on user interface design. He holds a Bachelor’s in mathematics and psychology from the University of Southern California and a Ph.D. in psychology from The Ohio State University.
